What is iD?

iD is a ministry birthed from the desire to equip our teens and young adults, ages 12-19 with the tools, support and community that they need to develop spiritually and make a positive impact in their generation. We believe that our teens can be a light in today’s culture and still be relatable, relevant and real but that all starts with them accepting their true identity in Christ.

What is iD weekend?

iD Weekend is a weekend all about our teens. From Friday until Sunday, we’ve planned a weekend filled with games, worship, lessons, and a few surprises.

Where is iD weekend held?

iD Weekend will be held in Sanford, FL at Great Faith Church but we do have one offsite event. On Saturday we’re meeting at New Smyrna Beach for our Family Beach Day for family time, food and fun in the sun!

Is iD just for Great Faith Church teens?

Absolutely not. We love meeting new people. We hope that our teens will bring their school buddies, cousins, teammates, besties, even frenemies. iD Weekend is going to so much fun, don’t keep all this goodness to yourself.

What’s on the agenda?

Friday Sept. 28th 7:30pm         Opening Night        Great Faith Church, Sanford FL

- A night jam packed with games, a worship experience, Q&A, and an impactful message.

Saturday Sept. 29th 10:30am   Family Beach Day   New Smyrna Beach

Sunday Sept. 30th  11:15am        Serving Sunday    Great Faith Church, Sanford FL

- Come worship with us as a family. Our teens will be serving in various ministries.

What do I have to register for?

Registration helps our team know how many volunteer staff we need for each event all weekend long!

Is transportation provided?

Transportation is not included or provided. However, if you or someone you know needs help getting to these events, please let Pastor Britani or Pastor J know. We got you.

Are parents allowed?

We appreciate the support we receive from our parents, we couldn’t do this without you guys. Most parents and guardians actually prefer to drop off the kids and return to pick them up, taking advantage of the “me time”. Don’t feel bad about that, you deserve it. Your kids are in safe hands. But if you want to stick around, you can.

Who’s watching the kids during the events?

Every event will be staffed with Pastors, leaders and ministry volunteers, not to mention security. We take extra care to make sure that every environment that we bring our teens in is safe spiritually and practically.
