What is iD?

iD is a ministry birthed from the desire to equip our teens and young adults, ages 12-19 with the tools, support and community that they need to develop spiritually and make a positive impact in their generation. We believe that our teens can be a light in today’s culture and still be relatable, relevant and real but that all starts with them accepting their true identity in Christ.

What is iD weekend?

iD Weekend is a weekend all about our teens. From Friday until Sunday, we’ve planned a weekend filled with games, worship, lessons, and a few surprises.

Where is iD weekend held?

iD Weekend will be held in Sanford, FL at Great Faith Church but we do have one offsite event. On Saturday we’re meeting at Main Event at 10:30am in Orlando, FL for bowling, games and a little friendly competition.

Is iD just for Great Faith Church teens?

Absolutely not. We love meeting new people. We hope that our teens will bring their school buddies, cousins, teammates, besties, even frenemies. iD Weekend is going to so much fun, don’t keep all this goodness to yourself.

What’s on the agenda?

Friday Sept. 29th 7:30pm         Opening Night        Great Faith Church, Sanford FL

- A night jam packed with games, a worship experience, Q&A, and an impactful message.

Saturday Sept. 30th 10:30am     iD Outing        Main Event, Orlando FL    

- A time for us to bowling, fun and games. Pre-registration required.

Sunday Oct. 1st  11:15am        Serving Sunday    Great Faith Church, Sanford FL

- Come worship with us as a family. Our teens will be serving in various ministries.

What do I have to register for?

Saturday’s event requires registration. So if you plan on bowling with us at Main Event (and we really want you to come) then please register for each teen attending in advance. Other than that, you can just come to the events at church.

How much does it cost?

There is a $10.00 per teen for Saturday’s activities at Main Event. The $10.00 covers your bowling shoes and lunchl.  You can pay for this online by going to: 

Is transportation provided?

Transportation is not included or provided. However, if you or someone you know needs help getting to these events, please let Pastor Britani or Pastor J know. We got you.

Food or nah?

After Friday night’s event there will be time for us to socialize, take boomerang pictures and just be ourselves. Food will be provided during that time. Lunch will also be provided at Main Event.

How can I win prizes?

The weekend will be packed with giveaways.We will also have a special gift for the iD ambassador that brings the most visitors to iD weekend.

Are parents allowed?

We appreciate the support we receive from our parents, we couldn’t do this without you guys. Most parents and guardians actually prefer to drop off the kids and return to pick them up, taking advantage of the “me time”. Don’t feel bad about that, you deserve it. Your kids are in safe hands. But if you want to stick around, you can.

Who’s watching the kids during the events?

Every event will be staffed with Pastors, leaders and ministry volunteers, not to mention security. We take extra care to make sure that every environment that we bring our teens in is safe spiritually and practically.
