Barbara Jean Ligon Beaty

April 12, 1950 - August 16, 2023

It is from a place of great confidence and comfort that Pastor Patrick Ligon and his family would like to announce the transition of his mother, Barbara Jean Ligon Beaty, from her presence here on earth into the glorious presence of her Father God and her Savior Jesus Christ.

The family is confident because Barbara, also known as G-ma to her Great Faith Church family, lived what she believed, verbally declaring her trust in God’s word, love, and deliverance under intense pressure in her final weeks.

The family is comforted because Mom is no longer in pain, and although sad because she is no longer here, they are not grieved because they know they will see her again. Pastor Patrick Ligon and his family welcome all believing prayers and words of encouragement and comfort at this time.
